Products, prices and purchases
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Training services are exempt from VAT under Article 20.One.9 of Spanish Law 37/1992. Each option states its contents and price. Products, discounts, taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. No account is required. Stripe processes payment and generates your invoice; BQ does not receive or store your card details.
Delivery
We deliver physical products to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal. Initial delivery charges are €5.95, €34.95 and €24.95 respectively; the current amount is shown before payment. We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira or the Azores. Estimated delivery is 5–6 working days, subject to availability. Please contact tienda@bq.land with any delivery issues.
Licences and training
Our team emails licences after reviewing your order and contacts you to arrange training sessions. All STEAM School products are sold in packs of 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 or 30 units. Each option states the number of licences and the price of the complete pack.
Returns and support
To request a return, report a defect or ask about a warranty, email tienda@bq.land with your order number. For physical goods, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to applicable law. We will provide return instructions and conditions. Digital products and services are subject to the applicable statutory conditions and exceptions; checkout does not request an automatic waiver of your rights.
Your data
BQ uses contact, billing and delivery information to fulfil and support your order and meet tax obligations. Google Cloud and MongoDB Atlas host the shop; Stripe handles payments and invoicing; MailerSend delivers transactional emails. Orders are not used to send advertising and the shop does not load analytics. We only use technical storage for the basket and session cookies for backoffice access.
